Active Social Care Agency provides a fast, responsive service to meet your short term staffing needs in the social care and nursery sectors. We supply workers to statutory and non-statutory organisations.

Active work closely with you to develop a full understanding of the type of worker you require so that we can match vacancies only with those workers who have the personal attributes, qualifications, skills and experience you need.

All our workers have undergone a rigorous recruitment process including Enhanced Disclosure and Barring and Barred List checks.

We supply you with a Worker Information Pack for each placement containing copies of references, EDBS confirmation, training certificates, photo ID and proof of the right to work in the UK so that you can comply with the regulatory CQC and Ofsted requirements in relation to the suitability of staff.

Workers receive regular support through supervisions to ensure that we understand their needs and requirements in terms of training, experience and work availability. We invest in the personal and professional development of all our staff and promote continuous learning and advancement. This approach ensures a happy workforce delivering a quality service.

We understand the importance of continuity of workers and work alongside you to develop a small team that can reliably cover your last minute as well as planned staffing shortfalls.

Our Agency office is open Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17.00.

An on call phone system operates outside these hours to ensure all our clients’ needs are met.
