Treatment for a severe reaction:

• Call for an ambulance immediately
• If your casualty is having difficulty breathing, help them to sit up
• If they are unconscious, check that their airway is open and clear, and check that they are breathing normally
• Treat them with their own Epipen or Twinject
• Place them in the recovery position
• Be prepared to resuscitate them
