Treatment for Stroke
- If the casualty is conscious – lay them down and raise their head and shoulders
- Turn their head to one side
- If the casualty is unconscious, place them in the recovery position injured side down
- Loosen tight clothing
- Reassure and call 999/112
- Monitor airway, breathing and response levels
- Be prepared to resuscitate
