Who to contact for advice in handling complaints and comments

You are encouraged to always seek advice if you are unsure about how to handle a situation or struggling with any particular task.

In the first instance you should contact your line Manager for advice. If your line Manager is not available any of the co-ordinators or managers would be able and happy to help you.

If they can’t answer your query they will discuss the matter with their line Manager and get back to you.

We consider it a strength that staff recognise when they need guidance. It’s always good to check!
