The Fire Triangle

The following three components are needed for a fire to start. If you take away any one of these sources fire can not occur.

1.Oxygen, e.g. in the air

2.Fuel, anything which can burn e.g. wood, paper, textiles etc.

3.Ignition source, e.g. naked flame, hot surface, electrical equipment, spark, cigarette etc.
