How can you build a good rapport with your client?

- Display empathy towards them and show you understand
- Make a friendly gesture or improvise
To end the situation you should come to a conclusion, the best way to do this is by:

- Outline clear boundaries for acceptable behaviour
- Offering face saving options
- Finding a solution/alternative
- Outline possible consequences
