- Giving medication without a person’s knowledge i.e. crushed in food, hidden in a drink unless a best interest meeting has been held to decide this is necessary.
- Injections into muscle of veins
- Debride wounds
- Tasks you have not be trained to do such; as oxygen administration and suppositories
- Replacing catheters
- Dressing Wounds
- Giving enemas
- Tasks not detailed in the support plan
