Main Duties
Your main duties are to support people undertake all aspects of daily living tasks in a way that:
- Promotes independence.
- Is person centred.
- Treats them with dignity and respect.
- Seeks permission before undertaking any tasks including administration of medication and personal care
- Maintains confidentiality
- Maintains personal/ professional boundaries e.g. not discussing personal issues or complaints about other staff or the company with them.
