Main Duties

Your main duties are to support people undertake all aspects of daily living tasks in a way that:

  1. Promotes independence.
  2. Is person centred.
  3. Treats them with dignity and respect.
  4. Seeks permission before undertaking any tasks including administration of medication and personal care
  5. Maintains confidentiality
  6. Maintains personal/ professional boundaries e.g. not discussing personal issues or complaints about other staff or the company with them.
