We have recently been informed that a client from another care company in the Lindley area opened their door in the early hours of the morning to 2 women who entered the property and stole some money.

With the dark nights upon us please make sure you call the office/on call to ask them to call the client and let them know if you are running late, when leaving your clients please make sure houses are secure and key safes are closed properly. Please can you remind clients of the importance of not opening their doors late in the evening.
